Application
Once you contact our office, the care coordinator will explain everything we offer and ensure we are a good match in order to start services.
Getting Started
Once you submit your application, the care coordinator will schedule an appointment for you to meet with one of our analysts to begin the interview and observation process.
Child Assessment
After all required paperwork has been completed and provider availability is verified, we will complete an in-depth assessment to better understand your child’s strengths and areas of need. This allows us to create a tailored treatment plan designed specifically for them. Based on this evaluation, our analysts will also suggest an appropriate schedule for your child’s sessions.
Plan Approval
Once the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) creates an individualized behavior plan, it will be reviewed and discussed with the caregiver before being submitted to the insurance provider.
ABA Therapy Launch
Once the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) is approved by the insurance, ABA therapy can begin..
