Melanie Ledesma is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the ABA field — not just as an administrator, but as someone who genuinely understands the clinical landscape, the complexity of working with families navigating autism and developmental needs, and what it takes to run a practice that delivers on its promises every single day.

Throughout her career, Melanie has developed a comprehensive command of ABA practice management: from building intake workflows and managing insurance authorizations to overseeing staffing, implementing compliance protocols, and driving the operational strategy that allows a practice to grow without sacrificing quality. Her experience spans both the clinical support side and the business side of ABA — a rare combination that makes her uniquely equipped to bridge the two.

Our Super Team is made up of three dedicated groups of professionals working together every step of the way — Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
